Graffio is a digital graffiti wall on the Aptos blockchain. Inspired by Reddit's r/place, we built a decentralized digital canvas made of millions of pixels that people could 'paint' on, with every write being done on the Aptos blockchain. We designed it so users could only paint a few pixels every few minutes, which gave rise to groups collaborating across the Internet to create larger, more complex murals.

I led the team that conceptualized and built Graffio during Aptos Labs' internal hackathon. It was launched publicly in October 2023 and reached 600K daily active users at its peak.
